Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead a major Oracle Cloud ERP transformation in Paris. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP Financials workstreams, coordinating with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and implementation partners on a high-profile programme.

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to join a major Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programme based in Paris.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle Financials implementation, working with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and implementation partners on a high-profile programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP Financials workstreams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal business teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Ensure successful delivery across Finance functions, including process alignment and change management.
• Manage RAID logs and oversee issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programmes as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, including modules such as:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Experience managing large-scale ERP transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with systems integrators and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent planning, governance, and risk management capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working within international or multi-country programmes.
• French language skills are advantageous, although English-speaking candidates will also be considered.
