Jobtailor in Angers, France, is seeking an IT Production Support specialist to participate in deployments, monitor systems, and ensure service quality across environments. You will automate recurring tasks, write documentation, and assist cross-functional teams with application integration into production.

The role requires hands-on experience in Linux/Windows servers, job scheduling (Control-M), monitoring tools (Nagios, Centreon, Grafana), and scripting (Unix shell, PowerShell).

Qualifications

2+ years in IT production, operations, or application support environments.
Experience with Linux/Windows servers and job scheduling tools.
Strong monitoring tool experience (Nagios/Centreon/Zabbix/Dynatrace/Grafana).
Familiarity with databases (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
Scripting skills: Unix/Linux Shell and PowerShell.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/EasyVista).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Participate in application deployments and technical upgrades
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations tools and procedures
Write and update technical documentation and procedures
Support project teams with the integration of new applications into production
Participate in automating recurring tasks through scripting
Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure
Monitor the successful execution of batch processing and operational data flows
Analyze and handle alerts generated by monitoring tools
Diagnose and resolve Level 2 production incidents
Conduct root cause analyses and oversee corrective actions
Ensure the availability, performance, and quality of service of environments
Track tickets and communicate with business and technical teams

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in IT production, operations, or application support environments
Linux and/or Windows Server
Job scheduling: Control-M, VTOM, Dollar Universe, or equivalent
Monitoring: Centreon, Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Grafana
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Scripting: Unix/Linux Shell, PowerShell
ITSM tools: ServiceNow, EasyVista, or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
