The SCHROLL Group is seeking an Operational Manager for its Eco-Organization in Alsace-Lorraine, based at the CITRAVAL site in Rombas. You will supervise operations, manage transport planning, monitor flows and stocks, and support a 3-person team across ten sites in Alsace and Lorraine.

Fluency in English and German is required; you will work with ERP systems and IT tools, ensure invoicing compliance, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Holding a Bac+2 or Bac+3 in management, administration, transport or business administration; significant experience in operational management and supervision.
• Experience in recycling or eco-organization sectors is a plus.
• Ability to organize activities, transmit best practices, and manage priorities under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Monitor services across about ten sites of the SCHROLL group in Alsace and Lorraine.
• Plan transport in coordination with operations teams.
• Monitor flows, stocks, and overall activity.
• Oversee administrative management and invoicing per procedures and deadlines.
• Supervise and support a 3-person team.
• Manage customer disputes and ensure loyalty.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Lead audits and implement corrective actions at sites.

The profile we are looking for

Holding a degree at the Bac+2 or Bac+3 level in management, administration, transport, or business administration, you have significant experience in operational management, monitoring of operations, and administrative supervision. Experience in the recycling sector or with eco-organizations is a definite asset.
As a manager, you know how to support your employees and the employees of the group on a daily basis, organize their activity and transmit the best practices of the group and clients in a pedagogical way.
You have good knowledge of flow management, finance, as well as a good understanding of the issues related to invoicing, inventory management and activity monitoring.
You demonstrate rigor, organization and adaptability, as well as a real resistance to stress.
You are independent, organized and know how to manage your priorities.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are comfortable communicating with teams, clients, and various internal and external stakeholders. Your writing skills and analytical mind enable you to ensure reliable monitoring of operations.

You will be required to maintain customer relationships and contribute to customer loyalty.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of IT tools and ERP systems are essential. Fluency in English and German is required.

What will your responsibilities be?

Reporting to the Group's Director of Eco-Organizations and based at the CITRAVAL site in Rombas, you will work in an operational and field-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the monitoring of services on about ten sites of the SCHROLL group, spread across Alsace and Lorraine.
• Manage and organize transport planning in conjunction with the operations teams
• Ensure the monitoring of flows and stocks, as well as the operational monitoring of the activity
• Oversee administrative management and invoicing, in compliance with procedures and deadlines
• Supervise and support a team of 3 people in carrying out their tasks
• Manage and follow up on customer and operational disputes
• Ensure customer follow-up and loyalty
• Monitor activity indicators and contribute to process improvement
• Lead, coordinate and participate in all audits carried out at the various SCHROLL group sites and ensure compliance with procedures and the implementation of corrective actions

• An initial telephone contact with the person in charge of recruitment
• An interview with the Managing Directors of the subsidiaries concerned and a person from the HR department.
