Jobtailor in Marseille is seeking an on-site IT/AV support technician to handle first-level support across Workplace and audiovisual systems, assist with events, training, and onboarding.

You will manage room setups, network testing, Teams, and device troubleshooting, creating procedures and handling Level 1 tickets, with strong interest in IT/AV tech and fluency in English preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-level on-site IT/AV support.
• Ability to troubleshoot tablets and mobile devices.
• On-site work; no remote working.
• Willingness to deliver training and create procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level on-site IT/AV support across Workplace and Audiovisual scope.
• Assist Tangram staff, academy staff and events.
• Troubleshoot tablets and mobile devices.
• Support deployment of new solutions and follow-up.
• Deliver written and verbal training to personnel.
• Create and update procedures.
• Create and monitor Level 1 tickets.
• Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare rooms with network, Teams, audio and video testing.
• Provide control-room support during on-site cohorts.
