Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and manage on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure in high-security environments. You will support developers with scalable cloud-native platforms, observability, and strong security controls while aligning with a mission-driven defence-focused product.

You will work with a team of engineers to build ML pipelines, implement zero-trust networking, and collaborate with Security to protect the software supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux/Unix system administration experience.
• Experience building on-premise Kubernetes clusters and multi-tenant security.
• Proficiency in automation and tooling for large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud-native, on-prem infrastructure platforms with Kubernetes at scale.
• Create observability frameworks using Grafana, Prometheus, and distributed tracing.
• Architect secure multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters with strong access controls and policy-as-code governance.
• Develop and maintain MLOps platforms for AI researchers to deploy and monitor models.
• Collaborate with Security teams on supply chain security and runtime protection.
