United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for the IaaS team. You will help shape production infrastructure, build cloud-native capabilities, and enable large-scale workload migrations across cloud foundations and Kubernetes.

You will design repeatable environments, automate baseline capabilities, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Security, FinOps, and other engineering squads. Remote-friendly, global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SRE/platform engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud providers, Kubernetes, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and incident-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and evolution of cloud and Kubernetes foundations across providers.
• Automate infrastructure foundations enabling a growing fleet of clusters.
• Drive complex initiatives like standardisation, upgrades, and drift reduction.
• Build reliable guardrails for security, reliability, and change management.
• Improve platform efficiency through capacity planning and cost visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve complex production issues.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
