Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee facility maintenance, renovation and repair for our property. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours and ensure daily upkeep of buildings and grounds.

You will manage tools and inventory, assist with turnover periods, monitor sidewalks during snow season, and perform minor electrical, plumbing and painting tasks while upholding safety policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED;HV/AC certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Oversee daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude while on duty.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain a project log of site maintenance.
• Assist with turnover periods to ensure high-quality vendor work.
• Monitor sidewalks during snow season to prevent ice build-up.
• Perform general furniture repair, painting, plumbing, some appliance repair and minor electrical repairs.
• Follow management company policies and community guidelines.
