EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial/industrial equipment in a safe, efficient manner.

You will document results in the CMMS and coordinate with team members and site staff to ensure timely completion of requests. The role requires a high school diploma, basic trade skills, and a valid driver’s license; capable of using hand tools and operating equipment like forklifts and lifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; preference for some undergraduate trade/business training.
• Experience using hand tools and working with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry concepts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret instructions, write routine reports, and manage emails/work orders.
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.

Responsabilités

• Performs required PMs and repairs on commercial/industrial facility equipment.
• Conducts shift rounds to identify issues and document performance.
• Maintains and troubleshoots equipment; may work with guidance from senior techs.
• Documents work results in CMMS and updates PM lists.
• Communicates clearly with coworkers and customer staff about work status.
