An independent investment bank is seeking an Off-Cycle M&A Intern based in Paris to gain hands-on experience in all stages of the transaction process. Candidates will perform industry research, prepare financial models, and support transaction execution while contributing to business development. Ideal candidates are students from top schools specializing in finance, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Ideally specializing in Corporate Finance or Financial Engineering.
• Preferably with a first internship in investment banking, private equity, audit, or corporate finance.
• Rigorous, curious, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform industry and company research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare financial models and transaction scenarios.
• Draft pitch materials, teasers, and information memoranda.
• Support transaction execution and process management.
• Contribute to business development via sector mapping and target identification.
