Job summary

Trium & Co is seeking an Off-Cycle M&A Intern to join the team for a 6-month, January to June 2027 period in Paris. The role offers hands-on experience across origination, execution, and cross-border France/US mandates, with involvement in sector mapping, target identification, and the preparation of commercial materials in Consumer & Retail, Media, and Healthcare.

Qualifications

Student from a top business or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in Corporate Finance or Financial Engineering.
Preferably with a first internship in investment banking, private equity, audit, or corporate finance.
Skilled in financial analysis, modeling, and presentation.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Full professional fluency in French and English.
Rigorous, curious, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Performing industry and company research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
Preparing financial models, including valuation (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions) and transaction scenarios.
Drafting pitch materials, teasers, and information memoranda (IMs).
Supporting transaction execution (due diligence coordination, process management, data room review).
Contributing to business development efforts through sector mapping and target identification.
