Westinghouse Electric Company in Orsay, FR is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager for ELA Reactor Component Upgrades. You will lead client engagements, tailor offerings to meet customer needs, and drive bids from technical content to pricing and delivery commitments.

Reporting to the ELA Reactor Component Upgrades Manager, this remote role covers the EMEA, LATAM and Asia regions. You will collaborate across Global Markets, Sales, Engineering, and Project Management to win opportunities while

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years experience in product management, product engineering, or related fields with progression.
Proven project management and leadership track record.
Familiarity with nuclear and energy environments.
Experience translating customer feedback into value-driven solutions.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and create value propositions.
Lead cross-functional teams to craft proposals including pricing, schedules, and risk assessment.
Analyze market trends, customer buying patterns, and competitive moves to adjust product positioning.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver high-quality bids and proposals.
Ensure alignment with Product Strategy and IP considerations across offers and projects.
