Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience in product management, product engineering, or related fields with increasing responsibility.
Proven project management records and leadership achievements.
Familiarity with nuclear and energy environments.

Responsabilités

Lead client engagements for ELA Reactor Component Upgrades, shaping value propositions.
Oversee technical content, costing, pricing, responsiveness, and bid quality.
Collaborate with Global Markets, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project Management.
Develop and implement business cases to grow market share and meet margins.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to guarantee resources for offers and projects.
Ensure IP considerations are addressed and coordinate IP release discussions.
