US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead safety-first warehouse operations, drive efficient receiving, storage and loading of goods, and develop a team of warehouse associates. You will oversee performance, coach on productivity targets, and partner with senior managers to optimize processes.

The role requires a minimum of three years in warehouse distribution and at least one year of supervisory experience; a high school diploma or GED is required, college degree preferred.

• Minimum one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead with a safety mindset and enforce safety procedures and training.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates; coach on policy and performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise warehouse output to ensure accurate orders and timely shipping/receiving.
• Drive productivity and engagement, and uphold US Foods values.
• Participate in hiring and building high-performing teams with managers.
