The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

This role requires strong customer service focus, staffing oversight, and adherence to health, safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
  • One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required; advanced.
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced.
  • Knowledge of local and Federal regulations; fundamental knowledge of supply chain components; manufacturing/production knowledge.

Summary

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
