LVMH Next Generation Engagement team seeks an proactive, agile yet motivated candidate for a 6-month alternance/internship in Paris. You will work across USA, Asia, Europe, supporting SPRING initiatives, workshops, and alumni events while coordinating learning modules for grads and mentors.

Strong English is required; French is a plus. The role emphasizes project delivery, KPI tracking, and high-impact slide decks to drive HR strategy across brands.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Master 2).
• Alternance starting January 2027; internships July 2026 also possible.
• Experience in a major corporation, preferably in luxury.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to deployment and improvement of SPRING programs and initiatives.
• Support creation of HR/L&D content and animate communities/committees.
• Participate in the design and implementation of the 2027 roadmap and events.
• Ensure project follow-up, reporting, KPI tracking, and create impactful presentations.
