LVMH Group is offering a Master’s internship in Paris focused on learning and development and leadership programs. You will support program logistics, planning, and collaborations across multiple regions, while contributing to content creation and communications.

You will analyze program data, prepare presentations, and help develop data-driven improvements for leadership initiatives. Fluency in English is required, French is a plus, and you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Masters student in HR/Organizational psychology, communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
• Fluent English; French appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate programs and training initiatives for leadership development across regions (EMEA, APAC, US).
• Support data analysis of programs and participant feedback; create data-driven insights.
