LVMH Beauty is seeking an Internship - Talent & HR Projects Assistant (F/H) to support strategic HR initiatives focused on early-career talents, including students and graduates. This international, cross-functional role reports to the HR Transformation and Engagement Director and offers exposure across regions and Maisons.

The ideal candidate is a Master 2 student with fluency in English and intermediate French, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple topics with rigor.

Qualifications

• Master 2 student with interest in HR and luxury brands.
• Fluent English required; French at intermediate level or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in international contexts.
• Able to manage multiple topics with organizational rigor.
• Agile, proactive and digitally confident in a matrix environment.
• Comfortable building connections with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment of early-career Talent initiatives (programs, events, HR comms).
• Help improve Talent Development programs within the Beauty Division.
• Coordinate Talent Development meetings, events and follow-ups with regions and Maisons.
• Share best practices across Maisons; assist benchmark and mapping exercises.
• Support Talent Development topics such as employer attractiveness and data initiatives.
• Engage stakeholder communities (graduates, mentors, managers, HR teams).
• Collaborate with partners to keep projects aligned with timelines and standards.
• Assist day-to-day operations: reporting, KPI tracking, scheduling, data updates, surveys, and PowerPoints.
