Job summary

Henderson Drake Ltd in Paris is seeking a results-driven Account Director for new business in a global FinTech SaaS environment. You will own your territory, build a robust pipeline and win net-new logos, collaborating with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Alliances to close complex SaaS deals.

The role is a genuine hunter position, with responsibility for discovery, business-case creation and multi-threaded enterprise negotiations, supported by a hybrid Paris-based setup.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in B2B sales with a strong new business track record
• Quota over-achievement through net-new acquisition
• Confidence engaging C-level stakeholders
• Experience with MEDDPICC or Challenger or similar
• SaaS / CPM or EPM experience advantageous
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, partner referrals and marketing leads
• Run complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders
• Lead discovery, build tailored business cases and manage proposals through to SaaS agreements
• Forecast accurately and maintain a clean Salesforce
