NSG Group/Pilkington North America is seeking skilled Multi‑Craft Maintenance Technicians for our Versailles, KY facility. This hands‑on maintenance role covers electrical and mechanical systems across a 24/7 operation and requires on‑floor presence across shifts.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, read schematics, and work with a team to improve reliability; the 2‑2‑3 Panama schedule offers regular extended time off and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Technical education or significant multi‑craft maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

Work Environment

This position is based full-time at the Versailles, KY manufacturing facility, with regular presence required on the production floor across all shifts, including periodic off-shift, weekend, and holiday coverage to support a 24/7 operation. The plant environment includes exposure to manufacturing conditions typical of automotive glass processing, including heat (tempering/furnace areas), noise, glass handling, forklift and overhead crane traffic, and use of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, cut‑resistant gloves, steel‑toed footwear) in designated areas. The role requires the physical ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the facility for extended periods, climb stairs/platforms, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Office time is spent in a standard plant administration setting.

Position Overview

NSG Group/Pilkington North America is looking for skilled, motivated Multi‑Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our maintenance team in Versailles, Kentucky. We are looking for technicians with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who can help keep our production equipment running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands‑on industrial maintenance position working with a variety of production equipment, electrical systems, mechanical components, and automation. We are looking for people who enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working as part of a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Our 2‑2‑3 schedule provides a consistent rotation with every other weekend off, allowing for more full days away from work throughout the month.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $32.00–$40.50, depending on job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, and education.
• Guaranteed overtime: Nine hours of overtime built into the regular pay period when working the normal schedule.
