What You’ll Do
  • Maintain a safe work environment and report unsafe conditions.
  • Perform and document preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Inspect, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; repair or replace parts as needed.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
  • Operate welding and cutting tools and fabricate/repair wooden and metal structures.
  • Adjust, test, and fine‑tune devices and control instruments for proper performance.
  • Initiate purchase orders for parts and materials.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S standards.
  • Follow company policies, complete daily labor records, and perform Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out procedures correctly.
  • Develop multiple skills to support various production areas and work efficiently under urgency.
  • Lift, lower, and carry up to 40 pounds as needed.
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
  • High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Ability to read instructions, blueprints, and measurement devices (micrometers, calipers).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Tow Motor and Scissor Lift certification required; Arc Flash knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
