Qonto in Paris seeks a Paid Acquisition Expert to own the mobile app strategy across markets. You will run hands-on campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and paid social, and decide what to bring in-house, test what works, and scale it across markets.

You will report to Alicia Dassance and collaborate with our Global Expertise team, GrowthOps, engineering and measurement to ship changes across Western and Central Europe.

Formación

• Hands-on mobile app acquisition experience with measurable results.
• Ability to define priorities, build operating approach and learn by testing.
• Experience across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and paid social.

Responsabilidades

• Set cross-market mobile acquisition strategy and build internal capability.
• Test and optimize App Store and Google Play pages with wording and visuals.
• Support local managers and coordinate with GrowthOps, engineering and measurement.
• Bring critical in-house work from an external agency and scale across markets.
