Job summary

Revolut Ltd in France seeks a Graduate Growth Marketing Manager to manage campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, analysing performance to improve ROAS and scale efficiently in a privacy‑first ecosystem.

You’ll support attribution setups with AppsFlyer or Adjust, work with SKAN/ATT, and partner with Product, Data and Engineering on measurement challenges while identifying trends to drive growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 from a top university in maths, CS, economics, engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in another country.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time availability from October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently.
• Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking.
• Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges.
• Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights.
• Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results.
• Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution.
