Qonto is hiring a Paid Acquisition Expert to build and scale our mobile app acquisition strategy across Europe. You will test App Store and Google Play pages, optimize campaigns, and drive the decision on what to bring in‑house.

You’ll partner with Global Expertise and local markets to push performance and growth. Join a fast‑growing fintech with a 4.7 Trustpilot rating, strong Diversity values, and a heavy focus on experimentation with AI tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands‑on mobile app acquisition experience.
• Ability to articulate scope, decisions and results in prior work.
• Experience with Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and paid social channels.
• Fluency in measurement and data constraints (MMPs, ATT/SKAN).

Responsabilidades

• Set cross‑market mobile app acquisition strategy and build internal capability.
• Test and optimize App Store and Google Play pages (wording/visuals).
• Support local teams while aligning global strategy and optimisations across platforms.
• Bring mobile acquisition in‑house by taking over work from external agency.
• Collaborate with market teams, creative, GrowthOps and engineering to ship changes.
