Jobtailor in Paris seeks an IT Support Analyst to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for users, handling incidents via ticketing, email, and phone. You will assist with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows 10/11 workstation management.

Join the IT team to reinforce security practices, device management with Intune, and Azure AD. You will contribute to documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT with a focus on systems & networks, cybersecurity, or IT support.
• Awareness of information security challenges and cloud environments, especially Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, hardware, and basic scripting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users via ticketing, email, and phone.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows workstation management.
