Trainline in Paris is seeking an IT Support Analyst to manage ticket lifecycles, proactively resolve incidents, and support end-user IT services across the company.

The role covers asset management, onboarding/offboarding, security standards, and cross-region support; candidates should have experience with Windows/macOS enterprise, MDM, M365, AD, networking, PowerShell, and ITSM tooling. Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT support with proactive incident resolution.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work with internal users at all levels.
• Familiarity with security standards and IT governance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Ticket lifecycle management and SLA adherence.
• Proactive incident resolution with Tier 3 collaboration.
• End-user support via ITSM platforms and collaboration tools.
• Asset management including hardware refresh and disposal.
• Onboarding/offboarding, IAM compliance, and asset retrieval.
• Security and ISO policy compliance across regions.
• Cross-region support and inter-team coordination.
• Maintenance of Runbooks and technical documentation.
