Aledia, a leader in microLED technology, is seeking an Device Engineer to optimize electro-optical performance of µLEDs. You will characterize recombination mechanisms, charge transport and develop tests to improve efficiency and uniformity.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams (epitaxy, characterization, testing, and process) to implement robust measurement benches and data analysis pipelines, ensuring high-quality, reliable results for innovative display and optical-link applications.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience preferred in a research or innovation environment.
• Professional English.
• Diploma in materials/semiconductors or related field.

Responsabilités

• Characterize electro-optical properties of microLEDs (efficiency, uniformity, defects).
• Develop and implement experimental plans to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with epitaxy, characterization and process teams to identify improvement areas.
• Write technical reports and present results in technical meetings.
