  • Define, implement and validate RF measurement protocols on µLEDs and test structures.
  • Develop calibration and de-embedding techniques adapted to high-frequency measurements.
  • Design and characterize dedicated test structures.
  • Ensure the reliability, traceability and reproducibility of measurements.
Component Modeling and Analysis
  • Extract the equivalent electrical parameters of the µLEDs from the RF measurements.
  • Develop electrical models for simulation tools.
  • Study the frequency limitations and propose areas for optimization.
  • Correlate RF results with electro-optical performance.
Optoelectronic characterization
  • Perform electro-optical bandwidth measurements.
  • Implement datalink characterizations (eye diagram, BER, SNR).
  • Analyze the impact of RF interconnections on optical performance.
  • Collaborate with optical teams to optimize RF-optical coupling.
Data analysis and reporting
  • Exploit, analyze and synthesize experimental results.
  • Write technical reports and document protocols.
  • Present the results and recommendations to internal teams and partners.
Innovation and intellectual property
  • Identify opportunities for technological valorization.
  • Contribute to the drafting of patents.
  • To conduct technological monitoring of RF, optoelectronic and datalink technologies.
  • Participate in scientific conferences and events.
Structuring RF expertise
  • Define best practices and standards for RF characterization.
  • Train and support technical teams.
  • Participate in the selection and qualification of RF equipment.
  • Contribute to the development of the characterization laboratory.
