Zoku Paris seeks a Meeting & Events Intern to become the go-to person for organizing, setting up and marketing all on-site meetings and events. You will coordinate and sell M&E activities, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.

Work closely with the Meetings & Events Specialist, managing requests for room bookings, after-work events or F&B services and collaborating with kitchen and Sidekick teams to guarantee successful events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing hospitality or related studies.
• Great communication and guest service mindset.
• Fluency in French; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create memorable meetings and experiences with attention to detail.
• Be the host with a warm welcome and spotless spaces.
• Engage with customers to showcase the Zoku spirit and offerings.
• Assist the Meetings & Events Specialist with behind-the-scenes admin tasks.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback after events to improve.
