Zoku is seeking a Meeting & Events Intern in Paris to organize, set up and market on-site meetings and events. You’ll be the go-to host, ensuring memorable experiences and warm welcomes for attendees, while collaborating with the kitchen and Sidekick teams to support F&B and space readiness.

You will learn hands-on in daily operations, handling guest requests, event setup, and post-event feedback, with opportunities to contribute ideas in a vibrant, multi-national hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• You are a hospitality student doing a mandatory internship (min. 6 months).
• Fluency in French is required; other languages are a plus.
• EU resident or valid working permit for France.
• Available to start in February 2027; flexible schedule.
• Practical experience in hospitality and events is valued.

Responsabilités

• Assist in organizing, setting up and marketing on-site meetings and events.
• Welcome attendees, ensure spaces are prepared and flawless.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback after events to improve offerings.
• Coordinate admin tasks and respond to client inquiries.
