BYG4lab Group seeks an L1 Support Engineer to join the Customer Experience team in L’Union, France. You will provide phone support for on-site software, handle L1 tickets, and liaise with L2. The role includes occasional installations and remote connections, with a focus on quick, effective problem resolution.

The ideal candidate has a medical lab background and solid IT know-how, plus strong communication in English. Compensation is based on profile and experience.

Qualifications

• Background as Medical Laboratory Technician or Installation/Maintenance Technician in medical lab field.
• Solid understanding of IT environments.
• Autonomous, analytical, and able to troubleshoot.
• Strong active listening, client-oriented mindset, and under-pressure composure.
• Excellent writing skills to produce clear intervention reports.

Responsabilités

• Provide phone support for software solutions installed on client sites.
• Handle L1 support tickets, diagnostics, resolution, and incident/service reports.
• Track and follow up on open tickets.
• Interface with L2 support to escalate when needed.
• Gather and report customer feature requests for product improvements.
• Occasionally perform technical installations and remote connections.
• Perform version upgrades for software solutions.
• Utilize tools related to our IT solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing processes.
