Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing services.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and relevant licensure requirements.

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
