Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Telemetry Unit (IU Medical Unit). The role involves 2 x 12-hour shifts weekly, 7a–7p, totaling 24 hours per week in a fast-paced cardiac setting focused on acute care.

Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential, with BLS and an RN license required. Responsibilities include triage and monitoring, administering treatments, and maintaining precise EHR records while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges in the state where providing services.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Monitors patient conditions and updates care plans accordingly.
• Administers medications and therapies per protocols.
