Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement care through delegation, coordination, and time/resource management.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
