Amazon France Transport SAS seeks a Site Process Expert to drive EU Process Excellence initiatives in a SC environment. This is a field onsite position requiring adaptation to local shifts and operating needs.

The role collaborates with EU PE and SC leadership to deploy improvements and achieve productivity gains. You will lead data-driven analyses, develop improvement plans, and ensure initiatives are executed in a timely manner across the SC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• English and local language (based on location), CEFR C1
• Experience in Amazon Operations as Area Manager or comparable experience
• Strong lean, six sigma and kaizen capabilities
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change

Responsabilités

• Oversee the SC improvement program and focus on critical areas with the SC Senior Leadership team.
• Analyze performance with standard reports or own data analysis; translate findings into actionable plans.
• Review open Action Plans weekly with stakeholders to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement Experts, Change Manager and regional Site PEs to share best practices.
