Mars in Cambrai, France, is seeking an Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead (FI Lead) to deploy and sustain the site’s OE framework, driving a culture of high performance and robust problem solving across the manufacturing site.

You will lead productivity and cost optimization, oversee multi-year improvement pipelines, and ensure data-driven governance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing in roles like Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Champion safety, quality, and sustainability goals while aligning improvement initiatives with site priorities.
• Lead deployment and governance of the site's OE/CI systems and build capability.
• Coach teams and integrate CI practices into daily operations.
• Drive productivity and cost-optimization programs with a multi-year improvement pipeline.
• Perform loss analysis and prioritize opportunities using data-driven methods.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on productivity, waste reduction, and efficiency.
