Amazon France Transport SAS is seeking a Site Process Expert to join the EU Process Excellence team in one of our Sortation Centres. The role is field onsite and requires adapting to local shifts while driving process stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement across the EU SC network.

You will collaborate with core process experts, change managers and site leaders to deploy initiatives, analyze performance data, and deliver tangible productivity gains within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• English and local language (CEFR C1) based on location.
• Experience in Amazon Operations as Area Manager or comparable.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in adopting change.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the SC improvement program with alignment to the SC Senior Leadership team.
• Dive deep into process performance using standard reporting and data analysis.
• Review open action plans weekly with stakeholders to reach targets.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement Experts and Change Managers to reduce variation across SCs.
• Drive network best practice implementation and share across EU PE.
• Support Site Leader and SC Senior Management in daily activities and ad hoc tasks.
• Travel domestically and regionally up to 10% as needed.
