• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturability and process validation.
• Familiarity with GMP/ISO quality systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review technical dossiers and drawings to ensure manufacturability and specs.
• Draft and maintain technical operating procedures and control sheets.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify improvements and implement actions.
• Plan and oversee production methods, tooling, and resources for efficiency and quality.
• Lead Manufacturing Engineers and ensure timely delivery of instructions and docs.
• Collaborate with OEMs or suppliers on technical requirements and schedules.
• Manage first article reviews and audits for validation of new/modified processes.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Production and Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support feasibility studies for new products and process flows.
