Job summary

BIC World in Île-de-France is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex product switches across codes, ensuring on-time launches and minimal shortages. You will partner with Legal, Category, Manufacturing, and Planning teams across regions to define switch strategy and align stakeholders.

With 3–5 years in a fast-paced supply chain, you will drive KPI reporting, optimize codes, and act as the process owner for SPM tooling, contributing to sustainable, global brand

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced supply chain.
• Experience coordinating with local, regional, and global teams.
• Proficient in Excel, JDA, JDE, Cognos, and Power BI.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French optional but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up projects on complex switches with legal or innovation impact.
• Coordinate switch from strategy to availability of new codes.
• Define Switch strategy with cross-functional teams (Category, commercial, Supply chain).
• Work closely with the Category Program leader and program planner, Legal, Continent Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and PLM.
• Ensure smooth product switches: launches on time and minimize shortages/BO on new codes.
• Minimize overstock/slobs and destruction of old bulk and packs on old codes.
• Analyze & publish performance KPI on the different switches (codes in scope, achieved).
• Act as business process owner for SPM tool.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up all projects relating to complex switches linked to Legal reasons or Innovation Programs (initiated by the Category) with an impact on the artwork
• Manage and coordinate the Switch from overall strategy to availability of new codes
• Define the Switch strategy (soft/hard switch, change of code/no change of code…) with Switch team (Category, commercial, Supply chain)
• Work closely (Supply chain, Single point of contact) with the Category Program leader and program planner, Legal, Continent Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and PLM
• Ensure smooth product switches : ensure new products are launched on time and minimize shortage/BO on new codes
• Minimize overstock/slobs and destruction of old bulk and packs on old codes
• Analyze & publish performance KPI on the different switches (number of codes in scope, achieved…)
• Act as business process owner for SPM tool

Profile Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced moving environment
• Previous experience in the Supply Chain function
• Proficient with many tools (Excel, JDA, JDE, Cognos, Power BI, WID...)
• Good knowledge of BIC product portfolio
• Capacity of leading meetings & coordinating with local, regional, and global teams
• Fluent in English
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good capabilities in Project Management
• Good communication skills
