Reporting to the Director of Account Cloud Engineering for France, you will manage a team of Account Cloud Engineers and Cloud Architects, positioning Oracle OCI IaaS and PaaS services to French companies.

You will work closely with Cloud Technology Sales Management in France to set the direction for Sales and Presales teams, with opportunities to meet and present to senior customer management and guide your team.

Account Client Engineers (ACE) demonstrate the value of Oracle cloud technology and are responsible for the full adoption lifecycle. They identify use cases that solve business needs and advocate for customers as they extend their OCI capabilities. We aim to:

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of Cloud Engineers, providing guidance on designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures to solve customer problems.
• Collaborating with the Country Sales Leadership to align team efforts with business objectives.
• Setting business objectives, metrics, and plans to achieve targets.
• Providing leadership on technical solutions and customer success, influencing engineering roadmaps based on customer feedback.
