Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris is launching a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed for ambitious graduates seeking a quick path to leadership in luxury hospitality.

Starting in August 2027, the program combines on-the-job training, exposure to senior leaders, workshops, and self-paced learning across our Food & Beverage department, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
• At least two internships, or one 6-month internship with leading companies.
