Atrium Health Pineville – Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Trades Specialist II – HVAC to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems in a 1st shift, Monday–Friday.

You will work with CMMS, read blueprints, and support fire protection systems, with required advanced technical training and a high school diploma. Applicants need 2–4 years of experience and a valid driver’s license; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical training beyond high school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in industrial or trades maintenance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and document tasks through the CMMS
• Assist in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and perform repairs as directed
• Operate, monitor, and maintain basic utility system infrastructure
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems
• Support the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance purposes
• Read blueprints, life‑safety drawings, and maintenance manuals to acquire the knowledge needed to complete assignments
