Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations within a food manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Maintenance Manager experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS is a plus.
• Working knowledge of FDA, OSHA, EPA, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance department operations.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Coordinate equipment installations, facility improvements, and contractor projects.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, HACCP, and company standards.
• Maintain inventory and oversee purchasing of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Partner with Operations to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
