Job summary
Melium Consulting Ltd is partnering with a world‑leading food manufacturer to appoint a Reliability Manager for its flagship site in the South of France. This key site role focuses on strengthening maintenance methods, equipment reliability and long‑term asset performance.
The mandate includes defining and deploying the site reliability strategy, leading TPM and Planned Maintenance, improving reliability through RCA and loss elimination, and optimising CMMS, maintenance standards and KPIs in
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in maintenance, reliability or maintenance methods.
- Strong TPM and Planned Maintenance expertise.
- Proven reliability and continuous improvement capability.
- Experience leading teams and contractors.
- Engineering degree and professional English
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the site reliability strategy
- Lead TPM and Planned Maintenance methodologies
- Improve equipment reliability through RCA and loss elimination
- Optimise CMMS, maintenance standards and performance KPIs
- Strengthen Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance with Operations
