Job summary

Cailabs is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a newly created centralized maintenance team at the Rennes site. You will oversee building, utilities, and equipment maintenance, coordinate regulatory compliance, and drive reliability improvements across facilities.

This role collaborates with Production, R&D, and Procurement to ensure safety and continuity of operations. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on maintenance leadership, strong CMMS experience, and a solid background in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maintenance, Facilities Management, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage building and utilities maintenance: preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations and utilities; coordinate regulatory inspections; identify construction or investment needs.
• Ensure equipment maintenance: define and implement maintenance plans; monitor calibration; organize fault diagnosis; ensure traceability and CMMS usage.
• Drive maintenance performance: define KPIs; monitor budget; lead continuous improvement to enhance reliability.
• Ensure safety and coordinate external partners: ensure HSE compliance; manage suppliers; report to site management.
