Job summary

Magellan is seeking a confirmed M365 Architect to join the Infrastructure community in Aix-Marseille. You will support large enterprises in digital strategy and SaaS adoption, defining architectures and leading projects.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (Bac+5), 5+ years in IT infrastructure, and strong English. Microsoft certifications or MVP title are a plus. Remote work options up to 2 days/week in a hybrid setup are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and AD.
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency mandatory.

• Facilitate architecture workshops for complex solutions.
• Understand client requirements and constraints; design architectures.
• Define and improve architecture standards and service catalog.
• Oversee implementation of technical recommendations in projects.
• Lead projects and guide pre-sales activities.
• Operate autonomously on technical scoping.

Job Description

M365 architecture and Microsoft SaaS service adoption require comprehensive expertise across the full lifecycle. This role, based in Aix-Marseille, is aimed at a confirmed M365 Architect.

As an M365 Architect (M/F), you join the Infrastructure community to support large enterprises in the Aix-Marseille region in their digital strategy and SaaS service adoption.

• Support our clients in their digital strategy
• Facilitate technical architecture workshops
• Understand the client's functional requirements and technical constraints
• Recommend complex architectures to address business challenges or requirements
• Define and improve standards, architecture models and the service catalogue
• Oversee the implementation of technical recommendations within project frameworks
• Lead projects
• Operate autonomously on technical scoping and pre‑sales phases
• Carry out technology watch

Functional scope: Exchange architectures (On-Premise, Online, Hybrid), Skype to Teams migration strategies, email system migration to Exchange Online or On-Premise, technical architecture and operational documentation

Qualifications

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have significant experience in IT infrastructure.
• You have worked on projects involving Microsoft 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, Active Directory, and EM+S.
• A strong communicator, you are able to adapt to both teamwork and client projects.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• One or more Microsoft certifications or an MVP title would be a plus.
• Experience: minimum 5 years.
