Magellan is seeking a Microsoft Security Architect to deliver advanced security architecture across EMS, Defender, and Azure components. You will autonomously design, validate, and implement complex security solutions, with a focus on advisory support, pre-sales input, and guiding delivery teams through challenging transformations.

You will engage across strategic projects, collaborate with external experts, and contribute to offering development while staying aligned with GDPR and compliance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years in Microsoft security domain
• Strong knowledge of EMS, Defender Suite, Intune, ADFS
• Experience with Azure Defender, MS Cloud App Security

Job Description

The Microsoft Security architecture (EMS, Defender, Azure Sentinel, PAM/PIM, MIM, ADFS) requires advanced expertise, with autonomy in delivering complex technical recommendations that combine strategic consulting, team support, and proactive monitoring to address security challenges.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Microsoft Security Architect (M/F), you fulfil an advisory, support, information, training and alerting role. Specialised in one domain, you may directly contribute to all or part of a project. Technologies: Microsoft EMS, Azure AD Premium, Application Proxy, Intune, MIP, MCAS, BitLocker, Defender ATP, Defender Suite, CISSP, Azure Sentinel, Splunk, PAM, PIM, Compliance Center, MIM, ADFS.

• Conduct technology watch in your domain and propose evolutions
• Act as the recognised point of contact for external experts (vendors, partners)
• Analyse, recommend and validate technical solutions
• Design and implement technical solutions, standards and procedures
• Optimise infrastructure performance
• Oversee the implementation of technical recommendations within project frameworks autonomously
• Recommend complex technical solutions autonomously
• Analyse and recommend technical solutions in pre-sales
• Ensure quality technical oversight of delivery teams
• Actively contribute to the development and enrichment of the offering

Qualifications

• With a Master\'s degree (Bac+4/5) ideally in engineering
• You have at least 5 years of technical experience in the role and are an expert on one or more Microsoft security solutions: Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS). Workstation security: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDATP), Microsoft Defender Suite (Application Control, Device Guard, Application Guard etc.), AppLocker, Microsoft Intune, BitLocker. Microsoft Defender for Identity (AATP/ATA), Azure AD Premium (MFA, etc.)
• M365 security: Microsoft Cloud App Security, M365 DLP, Microsoft Information Protection. Azure security: Azure Defender (Azure Security Center).
• Identity security: Identity and access management, identity federation: Microsoft Identity Manager, ADFS, PKI MS, Authentication. You are familiar with compliance topics (particularly GDPR)
• A Microsoft certification is a plus
• Good command of English, both oral and written (B2 level required)
