Exakis Nelite à Paris recherche un Change Management Lead confirmé pour soutenir des projets de transformation avec des solutions Microsoft 365 et Copilot. Le rôle exige une expertise en gestion du changement, la conduite d'ateliers et des formations sur les outils tout en travaillant avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Job Description

Deploying Microsoft 365 and Copilot requires deep expertise in change management (scoping, workshops, training, Generative AI support). This role is aimed at a confirmed M365 and Copilot Change Management Lead, capable of acting as an expert on complex or multi‑team projects.

Your Missions

• Support our clients in their change strategy on Microsoft and Copilot solutions
• Facilitate project scoping workshops, training on tools/software and use cases, user impact workshops, ambassador and sponsor sessions
• Understand and adapt to different types of IT organisations, with a persona‑based approach (mapping) to propose relevant strategies and recommendations
• Develop strategies and build change management plans aligned with client needs following scoping studies and impact analysis
• Concretely support the IT transformation of our clients: carve‑in, carve‑out, implementation of a DMS, M365 solutions and software, Copilot M365, Copilot Chat for web, Copilot Agents, Generative AI acculturation
• Assist in steering and enriching the change management offering, designing and integrating change solutions based on recognised methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci)
• Deliver training remotely and in person, in English and French
• Design training materials, guides, charters, instructions, videos
• Maintain a technology and AI watch, be a driver of innovation
• Contribute to internal team upskilling and capitalisation of best practices
• Act as an expert on complex or multi‑team projects, with a strong advisory posture

Qualifications

• With a master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, you have at least 6 years of experience in change management, particularly on issues related to user change support in their M365 and Copilot digital transformation projects.
• You have a strong sensitivity to generative AI: Copilot M365, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral, etc.
• You have already led high‑stakes transformation projects, with measurable results in terms of adoption and user satisfaction.
• You are able to interact with varied groups of stakeholders: IT, executives, operations staff, etc.
• You are capable of conducting various types of workshops: scoping, user impact, communications, training, kickoff, etc.
• You are able to develop a support strategy from both strategic and operational perspectives based on client needs.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, strong analytical and listening abilities.
• You have a pronounced taste for creativity, innovation, and challenge.
• You are comfortable working in a team as well as independently, with attention to detail.
• Your dynamism and oral communication allow you to convince and unite people.
• You have confirmed experience in change management and in an international environment.
• One or more Microsoft certifications or an MVP title would be a plus.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Fluent English is mandatory (English test during the interview).
