Magellan Group in Nantes is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead projects through the full lifecycle, from scoping to deployment and UAT. You will audit client environments, run workshops, draft technical docs, and implement solutions in customer environments.

The role requires a Bac+5 with 3+ years in Microsoft 365 migrations, strong communication, and expertise in AD/Exchange/SharePoint/Power Platform/Teams. Remote flexibility exists, with occasional client-facing work in France.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) with at least 3 years of experience on Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Strong communicator with ability to work in teams and with clients.
• Mastery of Microsoft technologies (AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams).
