Job summary

Lazard in Paris invites final-year students or master’s candidates to join its Financial Institution Group (FIG) as an intern for six months starting July 2027.

You will contribute to financial models, equity analyses and market studies, participate in marketing presentations, and liaise with clients and advisors involved in various transactions.

The role requires prior experience in finance, fluency in French and English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year from a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master’s degree (M2) with a specialization in Corporate Finance / Financial Engineering
• Prior experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance, banking, etc.)
• Prior experience in the FIG sector is mandatory
• Excellent command of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Skills in corporate finance (financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling)
• Skills in sector and strategic analysis (market analysis, competition, etc.)
• Knowledge of databases (Mergermarket, FactSet, Bloomberg)
• You are fluent in French and English
