Lazard in Paris is seeking an intern for its Generalist team, working on large-scale transactional projects across Europe. The internship starts in April 2027 for six months.

You will originate materials, execute processes, and conduct sector research, with bilingual French and English required; current students in top schools and first internship in finance preferred. Qualifications

• Final-year student or gap year at a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master’s degree (Master 2) with a focus on Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering
• First internship experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance department, banking, etc.)
• Excellent command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• You are bilingual in French and English

Responsabilités

• Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics
• Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models
• Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companies
